Customers pay the way they are used to: by credit card, Bit or Apple Pay. Bit and Apple Pay go through the card processor when it supports them, so check that with yours.

0% fee on sales, on every plan.
The only fee on a sale is the card processor's, as in any store. On Shopify Basic, for example, 2% is added to every sale when the processor is not Shopify Payments, and every Israeli processor is one of those. On a ₪249 order that is ₪4.98, on every order.
The money goes straight to you.
The agreement, the fee and the payouts are between you and the card processor. Your customers' money does not pass through us.

Questions about payments
Do I need an account with a card processor?
Yes. If you do not have one yet, open one with any of the four and connect it to the store. Until then the store runs in test mode: you can go through the whole purchase, and no card is charged.
How much does the card processor charge?
It depends on the processor and your agreement. Grow, for example, lists 0.75% per transaction plus ₪59 a month, and Tranzila lists 0.9% to 1.3%. Check the current price with the processor.
Can I refund a customer?
Yes. Refunds are made from the order page and go through the card processor.
Why does Shopify charge a fee and you do not?
Shopify charges 2% on its Basic plan on every sale that does not go through Shopify Payments, and every Israeli card processor counts as third-party for them. We charge a fixed monthly plan, and that is all.
